Is your life balanced? Bash you work, rest, and drama equally? If you're a modern person, juggle writing, a twenty-four hours job, and a family, your response is: "What are you talking about?" Most likely, we necessitate to travel more*, drama more and remainder more.

Physical exercising is a fantastic counterweight to the focused mental work and eremitic life style of a writer.
